Statement

A painting quietly inhabits a space, not offering words to sorrow, but simply standing beside it—like a steadfast friend.
What it brings to the viewer’s heart is a sense of comfort born from gentle love.
That is the essence of the Stacco art I seek to create.
We often search for love and security in the visible world around us.
Yet, I believe that what we truly need resides not outside, but within.
I hope my paintings serve as a mirror, reflecting the viewer’s heart,
helping them remember—everything I sought was within me all along.
By witnessing the boundless love reflected in the mirror,
one can manifest a reality of peace—
just as a quantum state takes form the moment it is observed.

絵は静かに空間に佇み、悲しみに言葉をかけるのではなく、ただそばに寄り添う友のような存在です。

その存在が観る人の心にもたらすのは、「心地よい愛が生み出す安心感」。
それこそが、私が生み出す漆喰アートの在り方です。

人は、愛も安心感も、つい目に見える外の世界に探し求めてしまいます。
けれど、本当に必要なものは、目には見えない自分の内側にこそあるのだと思うのです。

作品が観る人の心を映し出し、
「すべては私の中に在ったのだ」と思い出すための“鏡”であってほしいと願っています。

鏡に映る溢れる愛を目撃することで、人は安心を現実として創造できる——
まるで観測によって存在が確定する量子のように。

History

I work primarily with Stacco and diatomaceous earth, using a trowel to create abstract expressions.
Stacco is a material that breathes, purifies the air, and carries within it a quiet, living presence.
Drawn to its mysterious essence, I have continued my practice with the belief that Stacco art has the power to cleanse both space and soul.

For me, the act of applying Stacco is a form of moving meditation—a ritual through which I connect with my truest self, allowing colors and textures to descend into this world.
It is nature that guides and supports this process.
The earth from the mountains, the water from the rivers, the salt from the sea, the sand from the shore—each carries the spirit of the land, infused into the Stacco as I work.

Once completed, my paintings seem to carry their own will, journeying to those who need them, returning to the places where they truly belong.
At times, it feels as though time itself flows from the future, leading these encounters to unfold.
I take pride in simply witnessing these moments of connection, quietly and with gratitude.

In addition to my artistic practice, I founded my own company in 2022, drawing upon my experience as a graphic designer and creative director.
Together with my team, I engage in a wide range of creative work—across print, digital, and spatial design.

To me, design is the key to solving problems, while art is a mirror that reflects the soul.
At the heart of both lies a spirit of deep compassion.
With this belief, I continue to create, honoring each moment with intention and care.

私は、漆喰と珪藻土を主な素材とし、鏝（コテ）を使った抽象表現を行っています。
漆喰は、強アルカリ性で無数の小さな孔を持つため、空気を吸ったり吐いたりしながら、空間を綺麗にする力があることが科学的にも証明されています。
その神秘性に惹かれ、空間と心に静かな浄化をもたらすことを信じながら、漆喰にこだわって制作を続けてきました。

漆喰を塗ることは、私にとって一種の動的瞑想です。
本質的な自己とつながりながら、色彩や質感をこの世界に降ろすように描いています。
そのプロセスを支えてくれるのが、自然の存在。
山の土、川の水、海水や浜の砂——その土地のエネルギーを漆喰に混ぜ込むことも、私の制作の特徴のひとつです。

絵と人は、響き合い出会うべくして出会うもの。
ときには、まるで時間が未来から流れてきているようにさえ思えることもあります。
私はその運命を決して意図せず静かに見守ることに、誇りを感じています。

近年では、作品を鑑賞するだけでなく、漆喰アートを体験することで、先に述べた気づきを実感していただけるよう、
ワークショップを積極的に行っています。
参加者には、必ず制作後に対話の時間を設け、互いに共有し合う場を大切にしています。

また、グラフィックデザイナー・ディレクターとしての経験を活かし、2022年に自身の会社を設立。
紙、WEB、空間など、さまざまな領域でのものづくりをチームで行い、社会活動にも取り組んでいます。

私にとって、デザインは問題を解決する鍵であり、アートは心を映す鏡です。
どちらも根底にあるのは、「思いやり」の心。
それを忘れずに、日々、ものづくりと向き合いながら暮らしています。
